Orders & availability
For standard website products, an order is created when checkout is submitted and remains pending until payment is confirmed. Custom enquiries are not confirmed orders until SSCreations has agreed the details and availability.
Custom creations
For custom work, the agreed brief, reference images and key design details are discussed before confirmation. Handmade creations may naturally vary slightly in finish from inspiration images.
Changes & cancellations
Cancellation or change-of-mind refund requests must be made before preparation starts. Requests remain subject to verification of the order’s current pipeline status.
Refund cutoff
Once an order displays Preparing in the website order pipeline, a cancellation refund will not be allowed, approved or allocated. The same applies to all later statuses. Read the full Refund Policy.
Payments
Standard website checkout redirects to PayFast for secure payment processing. Payment is confirmed from PayFast’s server notification rather than the browser return alone.
Collection & delivery
The checkout shows the fulfilment methods currently enabled for online orders. Collection details are confirmed after payment. Delivery is offered online only where applicable pricing has been configured; custom arrangements may be agreed separately.
