Refund eligibility cutoff
A cancellation and change-of-mind refund may be requested only before SSCreations begins preparing the order. Requests are subject to confirmation that preparation has not started.
How the pipeline applies
A refund may be requested if preparation has not started. Eligibility must be verified by SSCreations.
No cancellation or change-of-mind refund is available once the order enters Preparing, Ready, Completed, Collected or Delivered.
If an order is still awaiting or has failed payment, no captured payment exists to refund.
How to request a refund
Contact SSCreations as soon as possible through the website contact page or WhatsApp. Include the order number, customer name and reason for the request. Sending a request does not pause preparation or guarantee approval; SSCreations will confirm the current pipeline status first.
Approved refunds
If approved, the refund will be returned using the available payment method associated with the order. Processing time may depend on PayFast, the customer’s bank or the relevant payment provider.
Incorrect, unsafe or defective goods
This preparation cutoff applies to cancellation and change-of-mind refunds. It does not limit any rights a customer may have under applicable South African consumer law where goods are defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or materially different from what was agreed. Contact SSCreations promptly so the matter can be assessed.
