Can I request a custom design?
Yes. Use the Custom Orders page to plan the request, then continue the conversation directly with SSCreations.
How far in advance should I order?
Lead time depends on the product, quantity and level of customisation. Enquire as early as possible and we’ll confirm availability for your preferred date.
Do you offer delivery or collection?
Delivery and collection arrangements depend on the order and location. We confirm the available option and any applicable fee before payment.
What about allergens and dietary requirements?
